Adobe Discontinuing Premiere Rush, Its Previous Mobile Editing APP

Adobe has confirmed that it will remove Rush from the App Store immediately. However, existing users will continue to use the app until their subscription ends.

It’s a calculated move, considering the growing competition from CapCut and Similar apps like Figma. The company has now once again come to the ground with free and mobile-friendly editing tools that feature a simplified format and are easy to navigate.

The app is built on Adobe’s Firefly AI model. This model has been integrated across its product suite since its debut 2.5 years ago. Beyond just upgrading, Adobe also addressed user privacy concerns, stating that “We do not use customers’ content to train our generative AI models.”

Beyond Iphone Version, An Android Version Is In Development

Adobe is confirming that the beta testing for the Android version will also start soon. It will make the app accessible for a broader range of users. It is also expected that the company will soon offer longer-form content editing and collaborative workflows editing tools, which are rare in the market.
